Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 1.2 lesson vocabulary.
-Students corrected the workbook pages from last night.
-Students took notes on regular AR verbs in the preterit and CAR, GAR, ZAR verbs in the preterit.
-Students practiced their dialogs for Unit 1 Lesson 1.
-Some students presented their dialogs.
-Students started creating their vocabulary jigsaw puzzles for 1.2



Homework:
-Luis Valdez biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 5, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Valdez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Finish creating the 1.2 vocabulary jigsaw puzzle.
-3rd  Timed Verb Pretest over preterit verbs will be on Friday, February 5th.
-Unit 1 Lesson 2 Quiz will be on Wednesday, February 10, 2016.






Blocks 2 & 4  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 1.2 vocabulary words.
-Students corrected the workbook pages from last night.
-Students took notes on definite and indefinite articles. Then, they completed a a practice activity using the definite articles.
-Students conducted interviews about what other students like to do using their Spanish vocabulary for free time activities.
-Students started creating their vocabulary jigsaw puzzles.

-Alberto Alonso biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 5, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Alonso's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-All Students: Finish creating the vocabulary jigsaw puzzle.
-Block 4: Complete workbook pages 26 and 27.
-Unit 1 Lesson 2 Quiz - Wednesday, February 10, 2016.
