Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 1.2 vocabulary words.
-Students listened to the introduction to the vocabulary for Unit 1 Lesson 2. Then, students took turns reading the passage aloud and worked with their table groups to translate one section of the passage.
-Students traded the jigsaw puzzles that they created yesterday and solved another student's puzzle.
-Some students presented their dialogs for 1.1.

Homework:
-Luis Valdez biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 5, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Valdez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.

-Complete workbook pages 26 and 27.
-3rd  Timed Verb Pretest over preterit verbs will be on Friday, February 5th.
-Unit 1 Lesson 2 Quiz will be on Wednesday, February 10, 2016.

Blocks 2 & 4  Spanish 1-2:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students repeated the 1.2 vocabulary words.
-Students in block 2 summarized a section of the 1.2 introduction to the vocabulary with their table groups.
-Students traded the jigsaw puzzles that they made yesterday with another student and solved the other student's puzzle.

-Alberto Alonso biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 5, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Alonso's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
