It's Spirit Week!

Today was Twin Day.

Tomorrow is Favorite Team Day.



Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students turned in their April homework calendars.
-Students received their May calendars.
-Students were told about the dates and formats for the various parts of the final exam.
-Students wrote a rough draft of their own original legends. 
-Students worked on their comprehension activities for chapter 5 of Pobre Ana.
-Students played Ataque to practice the imperfect tense.

-Joan Baez biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, May 1, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Baez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.

Block 2  Spanish 1-2:

-Students took notes on the following irregular verbs in the preterite: venir, querer, decir and traer.
-Students played the dice game to practice irregular verbs in the preterite.

Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students received their April homework calendars.
-Students listened to the introduction to the new vocabulary for 3.2.  Students took turns reading the introduction aloud.
-Students worked with their table groups to translate a section of the introduction to the new vocabulary.
-Students copied the new vocabulary for 3.2. 
-Students worked with a partner to create a concentration game using the new vocabulary.
-Students received their copies of the novel we are going to read.  It is called Pobre Ana. 
-Students completed the introduction activities for the novel.
