Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students were told about the format for the 1.2 quiz tomorrow.
-Students recited the 1.2 vocabulary words.
-Students corrected the workbook pages from last night.
-Students played a vocabulary game with a partner.
-Students listened to the lectura for 1.2 and took turns reading it aloud.
-Students discussed the contents of the lectura with their table groups.



Homework:
-Sandra Cisneros biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 12, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Cisneros's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Complete workbook pages 29 and 31.
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the Unit 1 Lesson 2 self check quiz. Remember to email me your score (screenshot or copy and paste into email) at my pvlearners account. This is due by 7:30 AM Wednesday.
-Unit 1 Lesson 2 Quiz will be on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Quiz Topics: regular AR verbs in the preterit, lesson vocabulary and irregular verbs (ser, ir, dar, ver and hacer) in the preterit.
-3rd  Timed Verb Post Test over regular AR verbs and irregular verbs in the preterit will be on Tuesday, February 16th.





Blocks 2 & 4  Spanish 1-2:

-Students received graded papers.
-Students listened to the lectura for 1.2 and took turns reading it aloud.
-Students discussed the contents of the lectura with their table groups.
-Students started a handout to practice adjective agreement.


  
Homework:
-Celia Cruz biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 12, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Cruz's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Block 2: Complete workbook pages 31 and 32.
-Block 4: Complete workbook pages 32 and 38.
-All Students: Go to www.classzone.com and take the self check quiz for Unit 1 Lesson 2. Remember to email me your score (screenshot or copy and paste into email) at my pvlearners account. This is due by 7:30 AM on Wednesday.
-Unit 1 Lesson 2 Quiz will be on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, definite and indefinite articles and adjective agreement.
