Today was a 1/2 day for students.


Block 1 Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students completed a vocabulary handout.
-Students created concrete poetry for 6 of the vocabulary words from 2.2. This is where the students have to use the word at least 6 times to form the picture of the object.
-Students completed an indirect object pronoun handout.
-Some students had time to work on their famous person assignment in the Google Classroom.

Homework:
-Gloria Estefan's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, March 2,  2018.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-Complete any work not completed in class.


Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students completed a vocabulary handout. 
-Students created concrete poetry for 6 words from the 2.2 list. Concrete poetry requires students to use the word at least 6 times to create the picture of the object.
-Students completed an indirect object pronoun handout.
-Some students had time to work on their famous person assignment in the Google Classroom. 


Homework:
-Gloria Estefan's  biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, March 2, 2018. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-Complete any work not completed in class.



Block 4 Spanish 1-2:

-Students created concrete poetry for 6 vocabulary words from 2.2. Students have to use the word at least 6 times to create the picture of the object.
-Students added the T chart for estar to their notebooks.
-Students completed a handout using the verb estar.
-Some students had time to work on their famous person assignment in the Google Classroom.

-Sonia Sotomayor's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, March 2,  2018.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.

-Study for the 2.1 Lesson Test Tomorrow. Test topics: lesson vocabulary, regular ER and IR verbs in the preterite, changing adjectives into adverbs and demonstrative adjectives.

-Students took notes on demonstrative adjectives and pronouns.
-Students had time to work on their adjective drawings in their notebooks and their famous person assignment in the Google Classroom.

-Students glued the adverb wheel handout into their notebooks and translated each of the adverbs on the notebook page.
-Students started a bar graph to represent all of the winners of the World Cup.
