Today was a 1/2 day for students.


Block 1 Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up and turned in their papers for the last two weeks.
-Students recited the 2.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students took notes on regular ER and IR verbs in the preterite.
-Students played a final round of bingo using the cards they made earlier this week and turned their cards in.

Homework:
-No new written assignment.


Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up and turned in their papers for the last two weeks.
-Students recited the 2.1 lesson vocabulary. 
-Some students completed a statewide survey.
-Students finished their reading assignment about Chile and Costa Rica and turned them in.
-Students had time to work on their famous people assignments in the Google Classroom.

Homework:
-No new written assignment. 



Block 4 Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up and turned in their papers for the last two weeks.
-Students recited the 2.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students played a final round of bingo using the cards they made earlier this week and turned their cards in.
-Students corrected their tener handout from last night and glued it in their notebooks.
-Students had time to work on their famous person assignment in the Google Classroom.

Homework:
-No new written assignment.

Block 1 Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 2.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Some students completed make up quizzes or other make up work.
-Students finished their bingo cards for 2.1 if that had not already been done.
-Students played two rounds of vocabulary bingo with the cards they created for 2.1.
-Students had time to work on their famous person assignment in the Google Classroom.

Homework:
-Sandra Cisnero's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, February 16,  2018.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-No new written assignment.


Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:

-Students participated in a class discussion about Luis Valdez and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students took notes on the CAR, GAR, ZAR verbs in their notebooks.
-Students played two rounds of vocabulary bingo using the cards they made for 2.1 yesterday.
-Students took notes on regular ER and IR verbs in the preterite.

Homework:
-Sandra Cisnero's  biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, February 16, 2018. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-Complete the ER/IR verb handout you were given in class.

-Students did a final check of their notebooks before turning them in for notebook check #2.
-Students took notes on the verb tener.
-Students had time to start their homework handout using tener or work on their famous person assignment in the Google Classroom.

-Celia Cruz's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, February 16,  2018.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.

Today was a 1/2 day for students.


Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students created a bingo card using the 4.2 lesson vocabulary. The front of the card should have 25 Spanish words. The back of the card should have 10 pictures and 15 English translations.
-Students looked at a copy of a story in Spanish and marked all present tense, preterite tense and imperfect tense verb forms.
-Students had time to work on their famous people projects in the Google Classroom.




Homework:
-Carlos Noriega's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, December 8,  2017.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-Block 1: Finish the bingo card if that wasn't finished in class.
-Block 4: Finish the bingo card and marking the verbs in the story if those items weren't finished in class. 






Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students created a bingo card using the 4.2 lesson vocabulary. The front of the card should have 25 Spanish words. The back of the card should have 10 pictures and 15 English translations.

-Students glued the two handouts from last week (one for vocabulary and one for imperfect conjugation) into their notebooks.
-Students copied the 4.2 lesson vocabulary into their notebooks.
-Students created concrete poetry for 5 words from the 4.2 list in their notebooks. Remember that you have to use the vocabulary word at least 6 times to create the picture.
-Students received graded papers.
-Students had time to work on their famous people projects in the Google Classroom.
