Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 3.2 lesson vocabulary.
-Students in block 1 corrected the workbook pages from last night.
-Students in block 4 worked on their flee maps about a trip that they took some time in the past. 
-Students finished the "Learning from A to Z" handout with their groups.
-Students played verb Battleship using the 5 irregulars in the preterite from this lesson and the stem changing verbs in the preterite from this lesson.



Homework:
-Jorge Mas Canosa's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, April 28,  2017.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Mas Canosa's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook page 130.
-Block 4 only: finish the sentences on your flee map about your vacation.
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the 3.2 self check quiz. Email me a picture of your score by 7:30 am on Thursday, April 27, 2017.
-The Unit 3 Lesson 2 Quiz will be on Thursday, April 27. Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, stem changing verbs in the preterite and the 5 irregular verbs in the preterite from this lesson.






Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:

-Students participated in a class discussion about Maria Hinojosa and Jerry Garcia and took notes on their accomplishments.
-Students turned in the 3.1 workbook pages.
-Students in block 1 played bingo using the cards from last week.
-Students received another student's word search to solve.

Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students quizzed a partner over the 3.2 lesson vocabulary.
-Students copied the Nota gramatical from page 172 in the text onto page 63 in their notebooks. This information explained how to describe how long something has been going on.
-Students completed activity 4 from page 172 in the text on page 63 in their notebooks.
-Students created a word search using 20 words from the 3.2 vocabulary, the question words and the 4 seasons. The students had to hide 20 Spanish words in the puzzle and write 20 clues at the bottom of the puzzle. Students did not solve these puzzles because they will trade them with another student tomorrow.
-Students completed a vocabulary handout.
