Tomorrow is picture day for Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors.

Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the preliminary lesson vocabulary.
-Students quizzed 3 different partners over the preliminary lesson vocabulary.
-Students recited the Spanish alphabet.
-Students practiced the Spanish alphabet by writing down words that I spelled.
-Students in block 4 played verb Tic Tac Toe using: estudiar, beber, escribir, ser, ir and tener.



Homework:
-Luis Walter Alvarez's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, August 18,  2017.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document. 
-Students need to glue the magazine picture of a person they selected in their notebooks. Block 1 students will glue this on page 4. Block 2 students will glue this on page 2. On the same page, students will need to write out the following things in Spanish: name, age, where the person is from, adjectives to describe the person's physical and personality traits and the person's likes and dislikes. This all needs to be done in complete sentences.






Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students  participated in the PRIDE lesson.
-Students recited the preliminary lesson vocabulary.
-Students quizzed 3 different partners over the preliminary lesson vocabulary. 
-Students recited the Spanish alphabet.
-Students practiced the Spanish alphabet by writing down words that I spelled.

Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students in block 4 listened to the Classroom Procedures presentation.
-Students glued a verb note handout on page 7 of their notebooks. Students in block 1 took notes on that page.
-Students copied vocabulary that they needed to review from page 29 in the text onto page 5  in their notebooks. If students needed more room, they went to page 4 in their notebooks.
-Students finished decorating the covers of their ISNs.
-Students had time to work on the famous person assignment for this week in the Google Classroom after the assignments for the semester were presented. All of this information can be found in the Google Classroom.

-Students in block 1 set up their warm up papers and completed their first warm up. Students in block 4 completed the warm up.
-Students received the list of important sites to glue in the cover of their notebooks.
-Students received the contracts for their ISNs. They asked for contact information from 3 other students so they would have people to call if they needed help and they glued this information in the front of their notebooks.
-Students added the table of contents to their notebooks.
-Students numbered the pages in their notebooks up to 75 or 80.
-Students glued the PRIDE sheet on page 1 of their notebooks.

-Students recited the 4.2 and the 5.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students quizzed a partner over the 4.2 and the 5.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students played Bingo using the cards they made last week using the 4.2 lesson vocabulary.




Homework:
-Workbook pages 197 and 198.
-Speaking final is due by midnight on Friday, May 19th. Directions can be found in the Google Classroom.
