Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students listened to the introduction to the new vocabulary.
-Students repeated the new vocabulary after the teacher.
-Students read the introduction to the new vocabulary popcorn style.
-Students worked with their table groups to translate portions of the introduction to the new vocabulary.
-Students took notes on regular ER and IR verbs in the preterite.
-Students played a verb game using regular AR/ER/IR verbs in the preterite along with irregular and CAR/GAR/ZAR verbs in the preterite.
-Students started creating their own jigsaw puzzles using the grid I provided and the lesson vocabulary.



Homework:
-Alberto Gonzales biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 20, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Gonzales's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Finish making your jigsaw puzzle. 
-Workbook pages 50 and 53.
-3rd timed verb post test this Friday over regular and irregular verbs in the preterite.
-3rd binder check on Thursday, February 26, 2015
-Unit 2 Lesson 1 Quiz on Thursday, February 26, 2015.




Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students played bingo using the cards they made yesterday and turned the cards in.
-Students took notes on telling time and practiced with a variety of examples.

 
Homework:
-Anthony Quinn biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 20, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Quinn's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Workbook pages 50 and 51.





Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students practiced indirect object pronouns.
-Students practiced the lesson vocabulary by playing hangman with a partner.


Homework:

-2.1 lesson quiz this Friday (2/120).  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, regular AR verbs in the preterite, irregular verbs in the preterite and indirect object pronouns.

-3rd binder check on Thursday, February 26.
