Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students repeated the new vocabulary.
-Students listened to the introduction to the vocabulary for the lesson 1.2.
-Students worked with their table groups to translate a section of the introduction to the new vocabulary.
-Students took notes on regular AR verbs and CAR, GAR and ZAR verbs in the preterite. 
-Students played Tic Tac Toe using these types of verbs in the preterite.



Homework:
-Luis Valdez biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 6, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Valdez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Complete workbook pages 27 and 28. 
-2nd timed verb post test this Friday over stem changing verbs.
-2nd binder check on Thursday, February 5, 2015.



Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students repeated the new vocabulary. 
-Students quizzed a partner over the new vocabulary. 
-Students played bingo using the cards they made last week and then, turned the cards in. 
-Students took notes on definite and indefinite articles and completed a practice activity using the definite articles. 


Homework:
-Alberto Alonso email due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 6, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Alonso's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Complete workbook pages 27 and 28. 
-2nd binder check on Thursday, February 5, 2015.



Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students finished correcting the 1.1 workbook pages.  Then, students turned the pages in.
-Students took the 1.1 lesson quiz.


Homework:
