Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students started a circle map for brainstorming about a trip they took at some point in the past.
-Students traded the vocabulary jigsaw puzzles that they created yesterday.  Then, they assembled the puzzles that they received.
-Some students worked on their dialogs for 1.2 and presented those.



Homework:
-Alberto Gonzales biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 20, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Gonzales's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-No new written assignment
-3rd timed verb post test this Friday over regular and irregular verbs in the preterite.
-3rd binder check on Thursday, February 26, 2015
-Unit 2 Lesson 1 Quiz on Thursday, February 26, 2015.




Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students wrote out numbers in Spanish as the teacher said them in English.
-Students played the "Piggy Bank" game to practice numbers 0 - 100. 
-Students practiced writing out 7 times of day. 
-Students completed a partner activity to practice telling time.

 
Homework:
-Anthony Quinn biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 20, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Quinn's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Complete workbook page 52





Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students quizzed a partner on the lesson vocabulary.
-Students used the individual whiteboards to practice conjugating verbs in the preterite tense.  
-Students played a vocabulary game with a partner.
-Students started an irregular preterite verb handout.  


Homework:

-Finish the irregular verb handout you were given in class today.
-Complete workbook page 9.
-2.1 lesson quiz this Friday (2/19).  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, regular AR verbs in the preterite, irregular verbs in the preterite and indirect object pronouns.  
-3rd timed verb post test this Friday over regular AR and irregular verbs in the preterite.
-3rd binder check on Thursday, February 26.
