Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students completed the gustar handout that they started in class yesterday and turned it in.
-Any remaining students presented their dialogs, recited the alphabet and showed me their binders. 
-Students finished playing bingo and turned in their cards.
-Students took notes on stem changing verbs in the present tense.


Homework:
-Rita Moreno biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 16, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Moreno's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Write 6 sentences using the following stem changing verbs: servir, pedir, querer, pensar, costar and almorzar .  Each sentence needs to have a different subject and vocabulary words from the current list.
-Each student needs a binder with 5 dividers for this class by Monday, January 12, 2015.
-Remaining dialogs will be presented tomorrow.
-1st timed verb pretest this Friday.
-Preliminary Lesson Quiz this Friday.  Topics: lesson vocabulary, regular AR/ER/IR verbs, ser, tener, ir and stem changing verbs in the present tense.



Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students finished playing bingo and turned in their cards. 
-Students took notes on the classroom expressions vocabulary.
-Some students had their binders checked.
-Some students recited the alphabet for me.


Homework:
-Ellen Ochoa email due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 16, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Ochoa's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.  
-No new written assignment.
-Each student needs a binder with 5 dividers for this class by Monday, January 12, 2015.
-Remaining dialogs will be presented tomorrow.
-Any students who did not recite the alphabet today will do it tomorrow. 
-Preliminary Lesson Quiz this Friday.  Topics: lesson vocabulary, alphabet, numbers 0 -10 and classroom expressions. 



Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students took notes on the irregular verbs ser, tener, ir and estar.
-Students played verb Tic Tac Toe to practice regular and irregular verbs in the present tense. 
-Students continued playing bingo and will turn their cards in tomorrow. 


Homework:
