 Spirit Week

Dress Up Day for Wednesday: Cinco de Mayo

Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students played a vocabulary game using the words from 1.1.
-Students had time to practice their dialogs. 
-Students presented their dialogs.
-Students took notes on direct object pronouns with infinitives and completed a handout to practice applying this information.
-Students received a 1.1 vocabulary word search that was created by another student and started solving that puzzle. 


Homework:
-Dolores Huerta biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 30, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Huerta's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Complete workbook pages 5 and 6.
-2nd timed verb pretest this Friday over stem changing verbs.
-Unit 1 Lesson 1 Quiz on Thursday, January 30, 2015. Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary and direct object pronouns.



Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students corrected their workbook pages. 
-Students took notes on the verb gustar. 
-Students completed a practice activity using the verb gustar. 
-Students received a copy of a vocabulary word search that had been created by another student. The students started solving these puzzles.


Homework:
-Isabel Allende email due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 30, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Allende's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Complete workbook pages 7 and 8.
-Unit 1 Lesson 1 Quiz on Thursday, January 29, 2015.  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, subject pronouns, the verb ser and gustar. 



Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students played vocabulary hangman with a partner.
-Students corrected workbook pages 1-4.
-Students completed a direct object pronoun find someone who activity.
-Students completed a handout to practice direct object pronouns.  


Homework:
