Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students received graded quizzes.
-Students completed a direct object pronoun activity where they had to answer questions using direct object pronouns.   
-Students started developing their 1.1 dialogs.  These dialogs need to discuss planning for a trip/arriving at the airport and include lesson vocabulary along with direct object pronouns.
-Students completed a timed writing activity about planning a trip.


Homework:
-Jose Ferrer biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 23, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Ferrer's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Complete workbook pages 3 and 4.
-1st timed verb post test this Friday.
-Direct Object Pronoun Quiz on Friday, January 23, 2015.



Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students quizzed a partner over the new vocabulary.
-Students corrected workbook page 3. 
-Students took notes on the subject pronouns in Spanish.
-Students created flashcards for the subject pronouns and played a game using the flashcards.


Homework:
-Cesar Chavez email due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 23, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Chavez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-No new written assignment. 



Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students repeated the new lesson (1.1) vocabulary.
-Students received their graded quizzes.
-Students received their workbooks.
-Students copied the 1.1 vocabulary list on paper or on a flashcard app on their phones. 
-Students played vocabulary scrabble using the new words and each student wrote a sentence for each word he/she placed on the game board.  


Homework:
