Today was a 1/2 day for students.

Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:

-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students were told about the format of the preliminary lesson quiz for this Friday.
-Students had time to practice their dialogs.
-Students reviewed the verb gustar and started a practice sheet using gustar. 
-Most students presented their dialogs.
-Remaining students had their binders checked.

Homework:

-Rita Moreno biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 16, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Moreno's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-No new written assignment.

Block 2  Spanish 1-2:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Carlos Santana and took notes on his accomplishments. 
-Some students had their binders checked.
-Students continued vocabulary bingo from last Friday.

Homework:
-Ellen Ochoa email due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 16, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Ochoa's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.  
-No new written assignment.
-Remaining alphabet presentations will be due tomorrow.
-Remaining dialogs will be due tomorrow.



Block 5  Spanish 3-4:

-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students were told about the format for the preliminary lesson quiz on Friday. 
-Students took notes on regular AR, ER and IR verbs in the present tense.
-Students continued bingo from last Friday.

Homework:

-Rita Moreno biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 16, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Moreno's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
