Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students practiced the alphabet in Spanish.
-Some students recited the alphabet individually for the teacher.
-Students repeated the preliminary lesson vocabulary.
-Students completed the food handout that they started yesterday.
-Students completed the Multiple Intelligences Inventory bar graph and pictures on page 8 in their ISNs.
-Students finished presenting their dialogs.
-Students created a KWL (SQA) chart about Machu Picchu on page 11 in their ISNs.


Homework:
-Rita Moreno biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 15, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Moreno's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Finish the SQA chart on page 11 in your ISN.
-Preliminary Lesson Quiz on Friday, January 15th.  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, regular and irregular verbs in the present tense.







Blocks 2 & 4  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students practiced reciting the alphabet, numbers 0 - 10 and the days of the week in Spanish.
-Students recited the lesson vocabulary.
-Some students recited the alphabet individually for the teacher.  
-Students presented their dialogs.
-Students finished copying the preliminary lesson vocabulary into their ISNs. 
-Students finished the Tour of the Text and the map handout if they had not already done so.
-Students glued their MI Inventory into their notebooks on page 11.
-Students created a KWL (SQA) chart on page 13 of their ISNs.


  
Homework:
-Ellen Ochoa biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 15, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Ochoa's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Block 2 finish the MI Bar Graph and Pictures on page 8 of your ISNs.
-Block 4 finish the SQA chart on page 13 in your ISNs and make sure you have finished copying all of the preliminary lesson vocabulary.
-If you did not present your dialog today, be prepared to do that tomorrow.
-Preliminary Lesson Quiz on Friday, January 15th.  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, Spanish alphabet, numbers 0 - 10 and classroom phrases.
