Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  filled out the student information sheet.
-Students viewed the classroom policies and procedures presentation.
-Students completed a find someone who activity.
-Students listened to the teacher's introduction to herself in Spanish and took notes.
-Students wrote an introduction to themselves in Spanish.
-Students completed a round table vocabulary review with their table groups.

Homework:
-Luis Walter Alvarez biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 8, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Alvarez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Bring a single subject spiral notebook and glue sticks to class on Thursday.
-Follow the link to the Google Classroom in your pvlearners email to activate your enrollment.







Blocks 2 & 4  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the student information sheet.
-Students viewed the classroom policies and procedures presentation.
-Students completed a find someone who activity.
-Students were introduced to the Spanish alphabet and practiced repeating it several times.
-Students took notes on the numbers 0 - 10 and practiced pronouncing them correctly.
-Students took notes on the days of the week and practiced pronouncing them correctly.
-Students learned their first dialog in Spanish and practiced the dialog with several partners. 

  
Homework:
-Carlos Santana biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 8, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Santana's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.

-Be prepared to present the alphabet in Spanish by next Monday.
