Thank you to everyone for a great first week!  I have enjoyed getting to know all of you this past week and I am looking forward to a great semester.  Have a terrific weekend.


Block 1  Spanish 1-2:
-Warm Up
-We went over the syllabus as a class.  Each student received a copy and a page where the student and the parent should sign and date acknowledging that they have seen the syllabus.
-Students practiced the Spanish alphabet.
-Students practiced their conversations with classmates after adding the question for how old are you.
-Students completed a personality inventory.

Homework:
-Introductory email due by 7:30 am Monday, August 13.
-Students need to have their binders and 5 dividers for class on Monday.
-Students need to be prepared to recite the alphabet on Monday.  Remember to go to www.classzone.com if you need practice.  Follow the steps to find our book, Avancemos Level 1, and you will be taken to a page where you can click on flashcards. 
-Have your parents sign your syllabus and bring back the signature page.

Blocks 2 & 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Warm Up

-Students completed a personality inventory.
-Students started designing their own crests.
