Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students completed a handout to practice possessive adjectives.
-Students used 6 words from the 3.2 vocabulary list to create concrete poetry on page 52 in their notebooks.
-Students started the rough draft of their family tree projects on page 54 in their notebooks.
-Students read about "La Quinceañera" and completed the reading comprehension handout that went along with it.


Homework:
-Desi Arnaz biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, November 18,  2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Arnaz's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook page 136.
-Finish the rough draft of the family tree.





Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students used 6 of the vocabulary words from the 3.2 list to create concrete poetry on page 60 in their notebooks.
-Students completed a handout to practice irregular verbs in the preterite. 
-Students read about "Las Artensías" and completed the reading comprehension handout that went with it.

Homework:
-Salma Hayek biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, November 18, 2016. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to explain why Ms. Hayek's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world. You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 124 and 127.
