Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 1-2:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 3.2 lesson vocabulary.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Tito Puente and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students created a concentration game with a partner.
-Students continued to work on their Día de los Muertos writing assignments.

Homework:
-Judith Baca biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, November 11,  2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Baca's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 122 and 123.

Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students quizzed a partner over the lesson vocabulary and the verbs with irregular yo forms in the present tense.
-Students took the 3.1 lesson quiz.

Homework:

-Jerry Garcia biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, November 11, 2016. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to explain why Mr. Garcia's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world. You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
