Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:

-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students turned in their final copies of their travel writing assignments.
-Students participated in a class discussion about José Martí and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students played DIG to practice the lesson vocabulary.
-Students completed a present progressive crossword puzzle.
-Students worked on the Pablo Picasso WebQuest.

Homework:

-Antonia Novello biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, March 13, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Novello's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Complete workbook pages 81 and 87.
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the 2.2 self check quiz.  Remember to email me your score in pvlearners.
-Unit 2 Lesson 2 Test tomorrow.  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, reflexive verbs and the present progressive.
-5th timed verb post test this Friday over reflexive verbs - 2 in the present and 2 in the preterite.

Block 2  Spanish 1-2:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students received graded assignments. 
-Students participated in a class discussion about Martin Sheen and took notes on his accomplishments. 
-Students completed a handout to practice the conjugations of the verb ir.
-Students practiced vocabulary and the verbs estar and ir by participating in a dictation activity.


 
Homework:

-Carolina Herrera biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, March 13, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Herrera's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Workbook pages 79 and 80.
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the Unit 2 Lesson 2 Self Check Quiz.  Remember to email me your score in pvlearners. 
-Unit 2 Lesson 2 Test tomorrow.  Test Topics: lesson vocabulary, estar and ir.
-2nd timed verb pretest this Friday over irregular verbs in the present tense: ser, tener, estar and ir.  





Block 5  Spanish 3-4:

-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students received graded assignments.
-Students participated in a class discussion about José Martí and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students took notes on reflexive verbs in the preterite tense.  
-Students completed their Circle Maps and started their Flee Maps for their travel essays.
