Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up
-Students quizzed a partner over the 1.2 lesson vocabulary.
-Students read the introduction to new vocabulary and translated either section A or C on a blank piece of paper and turned it in.
-Students created a word search using a combination of 20 vocabulary words and preterite verb forms. The Spanish word needed to be hidden in the puzzle and the English translation or subject & infinitive verb form needed to be written at the bottom of the paper.



Homework:
-Sandra Cisneros's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, February 17,  2017.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Cisneros's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 39 and 40.
-All classes: Notebooks will be due Wednesday, February 15th.
-The Unit 1 Lesson 2 Quiz will be Wednesday, February 15th. Quiz Topics: lesson vocabulary, indirect object pronouns, regular AR verbs in the preterite and irregular verbs in the preterite (ser, ir, dar, ver and hacer).
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the 1.2 self check quiz. Email me a copy of your score by 7:30 AM on Tuesday, February 14th.






Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.

-Students spent a few minutes completing today's section of the Mindset Monday handout.
-Students read the introduction to new vocabulary and translated either section A or section C on a blank piece of paper and turned that in.
-Students created a word search using a combination of 20 vocabulary words and preterite verb forms. The Spanish word needed to be hidden in the puzzle and the Spanish clues needed to be written at the bottom of the paper.
