Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the student information sheet while I signed their schedules.
-Students recited the Spanish alphabet and numbers 0 - 10.
-Students listened to the presentation about classroom procedures. 
-Students completed a find someone who activity to get to know the other students in the class.
-Students took notes on 4 questions and their answers in Spanish. Then, students practiced the dialog with a partner.



Homework:
-Connect to the Google Classroom.
-Carlos Santana biography due by 7:30 am, August 12,  2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Santana's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Remember to return your emergency forms to your second block teacher tomorrow.
-Recite Spanish alphabet and numbers 0 - 10 starting next Monday, August 15, 2016.







Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the student information sheet while I signed their schedules.
-Students recited the Spanish alphabet and numbers 0 - 100. 
-Students took turns counting in Spanish.
-Students practiced writing out words as I spelled them using the Spanish alphabet.
-Students completed a find someone who activity to get to know the other students in the class.
-Students wrote a paragraph describing themselves in Spanish.
-Students received several emergency forms that need to be completed and returned to me tomorrow. 



Homework:
-Connect to the Google Classroom.
-Return your emergency forms tomorrow.
-Practice the Spanish alphabet and numbers 0 - 100.
