First Quarter Ends: Tuesday, October 11, 2016.


Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students received graded papers.
-Students recited the 2.2 lesson vocabulary.
-Students had time to work on their backpack drawings and sentences.
-Students completed a handout to practice using the verb estar. This handout was completed with a partner.
-Students had time to update their Interactive Student Notebooks. 
-Students translated sentences that I provided from English to Spanish.


Homework:
-Carolina Herrera biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, October  14,  2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Cruz's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 77 and 78. 





Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students received graded papers. 
-Students recited the 2.2 lesson vocabulary.
-Students had time to work on their pirate or robot pictures and sentences.
-Students had time to update their Interactive Student Notebooks.


Homework:
-José Martí biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, October 14, 2016. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to explain why Mr. Martí's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world. You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 77 and 78.
