Blocks 1 and 4 Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the lesson 2 vocabulary.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Celia Cruz and took notes on her accomplishments.
-Students reviewed their notes about conjugating regular AR verbs in the present tense from last Friday.
-Students conjugated an AR verb to practice what they learned last Friday.
-Students played verb tic tac toe to practice conjugating regular AR verbs in the present tense.


Homework:
-Anthony Quinn's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, September 21,  2018.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-Complete workbook page 35.
-Study for the Lesson 2 Vocabulary Quiz tomorrow.




Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the lesson 1 vocabulary. 
-Students participated in a class discussion about Sandra Cisneros and took notes on her accomplishments.
-Students took notes on conjugating regular AR verbs in the preterite. These notes included information about CAR, GAR, ZAR verbs and reflexive verbs in the preterite.
-Students payed verb tic tac toe to practice conjugating regular AR verbs in the preterite tense.


Homework:
-Alberto Gonzales's  biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, September 21, 2018. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-Write 6 sentences about your daily routine yesterday. Be sure to use only regular AR verbs in the preterite
-Study for the Lesson 1 Grammar Quiz tomorrow. Quiz topics: ser and ir in the preterite, verbs like gustar and the negative and indefinite words.
