Be sure to check your pvlearners email for important announcements.

 Blocks 1 & 2  Spanish 3-4:

-Warm Up
-Students quizzed a partner on the vocabulary from Unit 4 Lesson 2 and the vocabulary from Unit 5 Lesson 1.  
-Students took notes on CAR, GAR and ZAR verbs in the preterite.  Then they made a T chart for each of the following verbs in the preterite: tocar, jugar and almorzar.
-Students completed activity 5 on page 228 in the text and activity 7 on page 229 in the text. 
-Students made their own word searches using 20 words from the vocabulary list for Unit 4 Lesson 2.  The Spanish words should be hidden in the puzzle and the English translations should be written underneath the puzzle.

-Due tomorrow:  Write 8 sentences using vocabulary words from the vocabulary list from Unit 4 Lesson 2.  Each sentence should be at least 7 words long.

-Nydia Velazquez biography email due by 7:30 AM,  Friday, December 13, 2013.  This must be submitted using pvlearners.  Remember to explain why Ms. Velazquez's work is important to you.  You can always look back at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Study for the timed verb post test over verbs in the imperfect tense on Friday.
-Writing Final Exam on Thursday.
-Famous Hispanic Individuals Test on Friday.
-Begin speaking finals on Friday.
-Student choice famous Hispanic individual slide due by midnight on Friday, December 13, 2013.
