Blocks 1 & 2  Spanish 3-4:
-Warm Up - Students started a new paper.  Students created T charts to review reflexive verbs in the present, the preterite, the present progressive and the near future tenses.
-Students answered a Spanish question as they entered the room to begin to review for the final.
-Students received their December calendars and we discussed all important upcoming dates. 
-Students participated in a class discussion about Joan Baez and took notes on her accomplishments
-Students quizzed a partner on the vocabulary from Unit 4 Lesson 1.
-Students finished playing bingo using the cards they made last week and turned these cards in.
-Students took notes on regular verbs in the imperfect tense.

Homework:
-Due tomorrow:  Workbook pages 148 and 149.
-Carlos Noriega biography email due by 7:30 AM,  Friday, December 6, 2013.  This must be submitted using pvlearners.  Remember to explain why Mr. Noriega's work is important to you.  You can always look back at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Study for the Unit 4 Lesson 1 Quiz on Wednesday, December 4. Topics: Lesson vocabulary and the imperfect tense.
-Study for the timed verb pretest covering verbs in the imperfect tense on Friday.



Block 4  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Warm Up - Students started a new paper.  Students reviewed reflexive verbs in the present, the preterite, the present progressive and the near future tenses.
-Students attended the mini concert presented by Mrs. Magden.  We discussed the role of second languages in classical music training.
-Students received their December calendars and we discussed all of the important upcoming dates.
-Students continued playing bingo using the cards they made last week.  They will finish this tomorrow.
