Today we were on an assembly schedule for our PRIDE Assembly.  




Blocks 1 and 4 Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the Spanish alphabet.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Carlos Santana and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students completed their PRIDE sheets on page 1 of their Interactive Student Notebooks (ISNs).
-Students added the Lesson 1 vocabulary on page 5 of their ISNs.
-Some students recited the alphabet for me at my desk.


Homework:
-Ellen Ochoa's biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, August 17,  2018.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
-Students need to be prepared to recite the Spanish alphabet for me tomorrow if they didn't do that today. Use the following video as a study resource: Spanish Alphabet




Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the Spanish alphabet. 
-Students participated in a class discussion about Dr. Luis Walter Alvarez and took notes on his accomplishments. 
-Students worked with a partner to practice their dialogs using questions they learned in Spanish 1-2.
-Students completed their PRIDE sheets on page 1 of their Interactive Student Notebooks (ISNs).
-Students added useful classroom expressions to their notebooks on page 5.
-Some students recited the alphabet for me at my desk.


Homework:
-Rita Moreno's  biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, August 17, 2018. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to answer all of the questions on the document.
