Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 2.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students took notes on how to change adjectives into adverbs.
-Students completed a handout where they defined adjectives and then, changed the adjectives into adverbs. They glued this into their notebooks when they were finished.
-Students were told what the format for tomorrow's quiz will be.
-Students corrected workbook pages from last night.
-Students took notes on demonstrative adjectives. 


Homework:
-Gloria Estefan biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 26, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms.  Estefan's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Complete workbook pages 56 and 57.
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the 2.1 self check quiz. Remember to send a screenshot or copy your score with the title of the quiz and send that to my pvlearners email account by 7:30 AM tomorrow morning.
-Unit 2 Lesson 1 Quiz on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. Quiz Topics: lesson vocabulary, regular ER and IR verbs in the preterit, adverbs and demonstrative adjectives.
-4th  Timed Verb Post Test over regular ER and IR verbs in the preterit will be on Friday, February 26th.





Blocks 2 & 4  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the Unit 2 Lesson 1 vocabulary.
-Students received graded papers.
-Students corrected workbook pages. 
-Students were told about the format for tomorrow's quiz.
-Students practiced telling time in Spanish by filling in times on clocks as I read them off in Spanish.
-Students played a game to practice conjugating tener and regular AR verbs in the present tense.



  
Homework:
-Sonia Sotomayor biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, February 26, 2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Sotomayor's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Block 2: complete workbook pages 55 and 58.
-Block 4: complete the top two rows of the back of the time handout and workbook page 64.
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the Unit 2 Lesson 1 self check quiz. Remember to take a screenshot or copy your score along with the title and send that to my pvlearners email account by 7:30 AM tomorrow.
-Unit 2 Lesson 1 Quiz on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, tener, regular AR verbs in the present tense and telling time.
