Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 1-2:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students took a quiz to check their progress at this point in the semester.
-Students recited the 2.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Anthony Quinn and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students received a 2.1 vocabulary word search that was created by another student last week and started to solve those.

Homework:
-Sonia Sotomayor biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, September 30,  2016.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Sotomayor's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Block 1: Finish solving the word search and complete workbook pages 56 and 57.
-Block 4: Finish solving the word search. 

Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 2.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Sandra Cisneros and took notes on her accomplishments.
-Students reviewed the the requirements for their country projects and had time to work on their projects.

Homework:

-Alberto Gonzales biography due by 7:30 am on Friday, September 30, 2016. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to explain why Mr. Gonzales's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world. You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 55.
-Third timed verb post test over regular AR verbs and irregular verbs in the preterite tense Friday, September 30,  2016.
