Blocks 1 and 4  Spanish 3-4:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 1.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students were told about the format for the 1.1 lesson quiz.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Mario Molina and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students took additional notes on direct object pronouns.
-Students worked on their visual representations of the rules for stem changing verbs using the verb that was assigned to them.




Homework:
-Dolores Huerta biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, February 3,  2017.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Huerta's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 4 and 5.
-Go to www.classzone.com and take the 1.1 self check quiz. Email me a picture of your score by 7:30 am tomorrow. 
-Unit 1 Lesson 1 Quiz Tomorrow. Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, stem changing verbs and direct object pronouns.
-Complete any work not finished in class. 





Block 2 Spanish 3-4H:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students recited the 1.1 lesson vocabulary.
-Students were told about the format for the 1.1 lesson quiz.
-Some students received AzMerit scores.
-Students participated in "Mindset Monday" to check in and see if they are making progress towards their goals.
-Students  participated in a class discussion about Mario Molina and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students completed their visual representations of the rules for conjugating stem changing verbs in the present tense. 
-Students practiced their dialogs.


Homework:
-Dolores Huerta biography is due by 7:30 am on Friday, February 3, 2017. This must be submitted via Google Classroom. Remember to explain why Ms. Huerta's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world. You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
