Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:

-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students corrected the homework from last night.
-Students completed a peer editing activity for another student's vacation writing assignment.
-Students listened to the introduction to the new vocabulary for 2.2.
-Students took turns reading the introduction to the new vocabulary aloud.
-Students worked with their table groups to translate a section of the introduction to the new vocabulary.
-Students repeated the new vocabulary after the teacher.

Homework:

-José Martí biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, March 6, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Martí's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Complete workbook pages 74 and 77.
-4th timed verb post test this Friday over regular ER/IR verbs and CAR, GAR, ZAR verbs in the preterite.

Block 2  Spanish 1-2:

-Students completed the warm up.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Sonia Sotomayor and took notes on her accomplishments. 
-Students corrected the workbook pages from last night.
-Students used their vocabulary flashcards to quiz other students at their tables over the lesson vocabulary. 
-Students used their flashcards to create a bingo board and played bingo.


 
Homework:

-Martin Sheen biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, March 6, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Sheen's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Workbook page 75.
-1st timed verb post test this Friday over regular AR verbs in the present tense.  





Block 5  Spanish 3-4:

-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students corrected the workbook pages from last night and turned in the pages for 2.1.
-Students reviewed their vocabulary and verbs for this lesson.  
-Students took the 2.1 test.

Homework:
