Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students corrected the workbook pages from last night.
-Students played a verb game to review stem changing verbs. 
-Students completed the 1.1 self check quiz online.
-Students had time to work on the Dolores Huerta Biography in the Google Classroom.
-Students finished solving the student created vocabulary word search. 
-Some students completed test corrections on the preliminary lesson quiz.


Homework:
-Dolores Huerta biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 30, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Huerta's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Workbook pages 15 and 16.
-Take the Unit 1 Lesson 1 self check quiz at www.classzone.com and email me your score by 7:30 am tomorrow if you did not complete that in class today.  
-2nd timed verb pretest next Monday (2/2) over stem changing verbs.
-Unit 1 Lesson 1 Quiz on Thursday, January 30, 2015. Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary and direct object pronouns.



Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students quizzed a partner over the subject pronouns and the forms of the verb ser using the flashcards we had already created. 
-Students took a practice quiz over pronouns and the forms of the verb ser. 
-Students completed the 1.1 self check quiz on the classzone website. 
-Students had time to work on the Isabel Allende Biography in the Google Classroom.
-Students finished solving the student created vocabulary word searches. 
-Some students completed test corrections on the preliminary lesson quiz.


Homework:
-Isabel Allende email due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 30, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Ms. Allende's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Complete workbook pages 6 & 9.
-Take the Unit 1 Lesson 1 self check quiz at www.classzone.com and email me your score by 7:30 am tomorrow if you did not complete that in class today. 
-Unit 1 Lesson 1 Quiz on Thursday, January 29, 2015.  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, subject pronouns, the verb ser and gustar. 



Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students corrected the workbook pages from last night.
-Some students completed test corrections on the preliminary lesson quiz from last week.
-Students worked on creating or solving the student created word searches.
-Some students completed the Dolores Huerta biography in the Google Classroom.
