Block 1  Spanish 3-4 Honors:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Rita Moreno and took notes on her accomplishments.
-Students repeated the new vocabulary for 1.1. 
-Students finished designing their jerseys for the cover of their portfolios and assembled their portfolios.
-Students received their workbooks.
-Students started copying the new vocabulary for 1.1.

Homework:
-Jose Ferrer biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 23, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Ferrer's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Finish copying the 1.1 lesson vocabulary..
-1st timed verb post test this Friday.
-Direct Object Pronoun Quiz on Friday, January 23, 2015.



Block 2  Spanish 1-2:
-Students completed the warm up.
-Students received their graded papers.
-Students repeated the new lesson vocabulary.
-Students started copying the new vocabulary for 1.1.
-Students received their workbooks. 
-Students finished designing their jerseys for the cover of their class portfolios and they assembled their portfolios.


Homework:
-Cesar Chavez email due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 23, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Chavez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog. 
-Finish copying the 1.1 vocabulary. 
-Complete workbook pages 1 and 2. 



Block 5  Spanish 3-4:
-Students  completed the warm up.
-Students created their jerseys for the covers of their portfolios.
-Students assembled their portfolios.
-Students reviewed the major concepts in the preliminary lesson. 


Homework:
-Jose Ferrer biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, January 23, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Ferrer's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-Take the preliminary lesson self check quiz at www.classzone.com and email me your score (screenshot or copy and paste) in pvlearners.
-Preliminary Lesson Quiz tomorrow.  Quiz topics: lesson vocabulary, ser, ir, tener, regular AR/ER/IR verbs in the present tense and stem changing verbs in the present tense.
-1st timed verb post test this Friday.
