Blocks 1 & 4  Spanish 3-4:

-Students  completed the warm up.
-Student yearbook pictures were taken throughout the day today.
-Students recited the preliminary lesson vocabulary.
-Students recited the alphabet.
-Students added more pages to their interactive notebooks.

-Students created 5 examples of concrete poetry using words from the preliminary lesson vocabulary.

Homework:

-Luis Walter Alvarez biography due by 7:30 am, Friday, August 14, 2015.  This must be submitted via Google Classroom.  Remember to explain why Mr. Alvarez's work is important to you and/or how it changed the world.  You can always look at the sample paragraph on the blog.
-No new written assignment.
-Remember that you will need a single subject spiral notebook, a set of colored pencils and 3 glue sticks for this semester. 
-1st  timed verb pretest over regular and irregular verbs in the present tense this Friday, August 14th.

Block 2  Spanish 3-4 Honors:

-Students created 5 examples of concrete poetry using words from the preliminary lesson vocabulary list.
