Blocks 1 & 2  Spanish 3-4:

-Students turned in their warm ups from last week and Monday & Tuesday of this week.
-Students participated in a class discussion about Carlos Noriega and took notes on his accomplishments.
-Students quizzed a partner over the famous Hispanic individuals that we have studied this semester.  Students also discussed the two people on the list that they felt made the most important contributions.
-Students turned in last night's homework. 
-Students completed Final Exam Review #1 which is pasted below.

1. List at least 5 adjectives to describe people in both Spanish and English.  P. 29.

2. List at least 5 words to describe how you feel in both Spanish and English.  P. 29.

3. Make a T Chart for the verb Ir in the present tense. P. 16

4. Explain the difference between definite and indefinite articles, in your own words.  P. 4.

5. Make a T Chart for the verb tener in the present tense.  P. 9.

6. Make a list of at least 5 vocabulary words for the places you go.  P. 29.

7. Make a T Chart for the verb ser in the present tense.  P. 5.

8. In your own words, explain the concept of adjective agreement.  P. 8.

9. Explain how to conjugate the verb gustar and then write 2 sentences about things you like and 2 sentences about things you don’t like.  P. 12.

10. Explain the difference between ser and estar.  P. 21.

11. Make a T Chart for each of the following regular verbs in the present tense: mirar, beber, vivir.  P. 24.

-Study for the timed verb pretest over verbs in the imperfect tense on Friday.
-Writing Final Exam on Thursday.
-Famous Hispanic Individuals Test on Friday.
-Begin speaking finals on Friday.
-Student choice famous Hispanic individual slide due by midnight on Friday, December 13, 2013.
