Special Note

The cutoff for progress report grades will be this Friday, September 14, 2012. 

Any work not submitted by this Friday will not be entered into the grades prior to progress reports being printed. 

Block 1  Spanish 1-2:
-Warm Up
-Students turned in their homework and then corrected the workbook pages that were completed last night.
-Students were given a new seating chart.
-Students participated in the activity 2 truths and a lie to get to know the other students in their groups.  
-Students were told that the Unit 1 test will be on Friday, September 14, 2012.
-Students completed a handout about adjective agreement and placement using the simultaneous round table strategy.

Homework:
-No written assignment
-Study for Unit 1 Test on Friday, September 14, 2012
-Alberto Alfonso biography email is due by 7:30 am Friday, September 14, 2012.

Blocks 2 and 4  Spanish 3-4:

-Warm Up 
-Students turned in their homework.
-Students in block 4 were given a new seating chart.
-Students in block 4 completed the 2 truths and a lie activity to get to know the other students in their new groups.  
-Students in block 2 took notes on the irregular verbs: ver and dar in the preterite.
-Students in block 4 took notes on the irregular verbs: ser, ir, hacer, ver and dar in the preterite.
-Students played verb tic tac toe using the new irregular verbs.

-Workbook pages 30, 31 and 32
-Luis Valdez biography email is due by 7:30 am Friday, September 14, 2012.
