Block 1  Spanish 1-2:
-Warm Up - Students started a new paper.
-Corrected papers were returned to students.
-Students took notes on comparatives and completed activity 12 in the text to practice the concept. 
-Students completed a handout using comparatives.
-Students were told what will be on the Unit 3 Lesson 2 Quiz this Thursday, November 15, 2012.  The topics for the quiz are:  the lesson vocabulary, possessive adjectives and the comparatives.

Homework:
-Workbook pages 128, 129 and 130
-Tito Puente biography email is due by 7:30 am Friday, November 16, 2012.
-Study for the Unit 3 Lesson 2 Quiz this Thursday.  

Blocks 2 and 4  Spanish 3-4:

-Warm Up - Students started a new paper.
-Corrected papers were returned to students.
-Students took notes on stem changing verbs in the preterite such as pedir (e ->i) and dormir (o -> u).
-Students made 2 T Charts for practice: vestirse and morir.
-Students completed a handout using stem changing verbs in the preterite. 
-Students were told what will be on the Unit 3 Lesson 2 Quiz this Thursday, November 15, 2012.  The topics for the quiz are:  the lesson vocabulary, irregular verbs in the preterite (saber, poner, tener, poder, estar) and stem changing verbs in the preterite.
