Block 1 Spanish 1-2:
-Warm Up - Students started a new paper.
-Students read about using the verb gustar with nouns and took notes from page 145 in the book. On the same paper as their notes, the students completed activity 5 on page 146.
-Students completed a handout using the verb gustar with nouns.
-Students quizzed a partner on the Unit 3 Lesson 1 vocabulary.
-Students completed activity 21 on page 155 in the text. This activity required the students to write a letter to the principal about the cafeteria in Spanish.

-Workbook pages 102 - 104.

-Students wrote 11 original sentences using the irregular yo form verbs that are listed on page 149 in the text. Each sentence used one of the verbs in the yo form.
-Students quizzed a partner on the Unit 3 Lesson 1 vocabulary.
-Students completed activity 21 on page 159 in the text on the same piece of paper where they wrote the 11 sentences. This assignment required them to write a paragraph about stores in their neighborhood.
-Students read telehistoria on page 157 and summarized what they read. They also completed activities 17 and 18 on page 158.
